Introduction:
Air bubble vegetables and fruit washing machine is mainly used for washing leafy vegetables like cabbages, Chinese chives, spinach etc., stem vegetables like carrots, celeries etc. and fruits. Both complete materials and materials in pieces can be washed.
The Mushroom Washer use surfing, bubbling, water spray to wash fruits and vegetables, can clean the soil on the surface of the vegetable and fruit completely , can also add the right amount of reagents for sterilization to wash out the effect of pesticide residues on the surface of the vegetables and fruits.
The frame of machine is made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel, complying with hygiene requirement and easy to maintain.
It consists of motor & speed reducer, water pump, air pump, conveyor belt, washing tank, water jet, water pipe, valve, control panel, etc.
Water recycling system is equipped under the conveyor belt. Filter sieve will stop the impurity to enter into the water tank.
Then the purified water will be brought back to the washing machine, reducing significantly the overall water consumption.
This product is suitable for stem, leaf and stem vegetables and all kinds of fruits. Its operation principle is that the vegetables and fruits in the water tank will be continuously washed by the high-pressure rolling bubbles driven by the net chain. With the action of the rotary brush, the water in the water tank will be further cleaned by spraying after repeatedly flushing the water. The water in the water tank is filtered by the auxiliary water tank and fed into the water tank through the pipeline pump. If it is necessary to disinfect, one can be added in the water tank Fixed concentration of disinfectant can also be heated by steam.

Application:

The machine uses air bubbles to clean materials. High-pressure bubbles generated from bubble generator in the pool can wash materials like handwashing.
